Our Standard Facility Analytics and Reporting product is included with your Facility Core Product subscription. Standard Facility Analytics & Reporting gives users access to view Operational Reporting and the Overloaded Vehicles report within Mass Management. Standard users also have access to Transaction Search, Data Export, Paged Reports and Time Sensitive Reporting.
Transaction Search
Search for and find your transactions with ease. Tailor your searches with basic and advanced options to find the information you need. You can even search for cancelled tickets, re-print dockets directly from transaction search, and find in-depth information for each transaction. Where multiple versions of a ticket exist, you can seamlessly scroll through previous versions.
Operational Reports
These Standard reports provide users with an easy-to-use interface to generate and export tabular-style reports based on the transactional data generated at the facility. Simplicity and performance is a key focus.
Users can monitor and report on financial and compliance activities relevant to their facilities, including:
- Client: Focuses on client delivery and client summary reports, available by different date ranges and groupings.
- Compliance Events: View information relating to incomplete & replaced tickets, reversals and more.
- Payments: Payment details including Till & Shift information.
- Product: Product-related information including product delivery and category groupings.
- Transactions: View transactional information and details by different date ranges.
- Temporary Accounts: Temporary Accounts details with outstanding balances by site and payer.
